OPERATION:
The boiler operates with two adjustable and preset power levels: 100% and 20% of maximum power.
The digital displacement adjusts the boiler's presetting temperature to 70 ° C.
When the boiler has a lower temperature, the snow engine persists in charging the fuel at full flow and the fan runs at full speed (about 1400 rpm). When the boiler exceeds 70 ° C, the power is reduced by about 1/5 of the maximum and the fan reduces the speed to about 800 rpm. In this way the power of the boiler is reduced to about 20% and in the absence of the plant's demand the boiler temperature gradually increases. When it reaches 85 ° C it starts a pump (sanitary in priority and thus the installation pump if the sanitary is done) to avoid the triggering of the safety thermostat.
In this way the boiler stays on and does not have to be restarted every time the water reaches the temperature.
For the 25kW boiler the full power is 25 kW and the minimum power at 5 kW. During the night if the plant is scheduled not to be in operation, the boiler gradually loads the sanitary water heater. For this reason a proper sizing is recommended, allowing maximum efficiency of the generator avoiding waste of energy or restarting the boiler.
MAINTENANCE:
It is necessary to clean the boiler once every 2-3 days, removing the solid residue layer that forms on the grill. The ash is removed from the plant by its specific serrate.
Monthly ventilation status check is recommended.
Once every 2-3 months, it is advisable to inspect the tube assembly with the brush brush relative to the boiler to eliminate possible residues. It should be checked periodically in the reservoir and in the snooze if unwanted waste occurs that may interfere with or impede the proper functioning of the snore engine.
