Water hardness test kit
With the help of special paper strips, the content of calcium and magnesium salts present in water can be quickly checked. Their presence in high concentration is the main cause of stone deposits. Determining the hardness of the supply water when installing a thermal equipment will determine the best solution to treat it in order to reduce the hardness and consequently increase the efficiency of the equipment.
Each kit contains
10 special bands.
The test consists in immersing a special paper strip in the water to be analyzed and simply visualizing the color of the areas on the strip with the color scheme on the packaging.
The result of the determination is measured in ° dH (German degrees), after which the transformation into the required unit of measurement can be made.
