The temperature probe with a long cable and flat top is suitable for liquid and semi-liquid measurements as well as for air temperature measurements. Thanks to its NTC sensor element, the probe provides accurate temperature readings with an accuracy of up to ± 0.2 ° C.
The temperature probe has a 6 m cable.
For long-term measurements, you can mount the permanent temperature probe at the measuring point. To do this you only need a clamp or PG (not included in the delivery).
The temperature probe is waterproof according to the IP 67 protection class. Consequently, the measurements can be taken outdoors, for example.
The response time t99 of this probe (the time required for the 99% heat-jet recording probe) of 5 seconds refers to measurements in moving water at +60 ° C. This response time is prolonged when, for example, the measurements are made in static, semi-liquid or air liquid. *

* For air temperature measurements, the response time is approximately 40 to 60 times higher than the measured value in water. If you want to measure the air temperature for a low temperature probe, this probe is particularly suitable because it does not take into account the short temperature temperatures, or just to a very small extent, when measuring the temperature. For example, if you intend to use this sample to measure the temperature of the refrigerator air, the easy opening of the refrigerator door would not take into account the temperature fluctuation resulting from mixing the warm room temperature with the refrigerator temperature.
If you need an air temperature probe with a fast response time, the best choice is the extremely fast temperature probe 0602 0493 which has a large measuring range.
