CLEANEX SOLAR PLUS is a fast and efficient cleaning product, specially designed for thermal solar systems, for the purpose of dissolving and eliminating with extreme deposition rates of carbonate deposits that can cause blockages in collecting pipes. These black, sticky, adherent deposits are generated by excessive degradation due to thermal shocks of the solar fluid.
The product is a clear organic solution, fully compatible with all metals and components, which are common in solar systems. The product is miscible with water, has a slightly alkaline pH and, for operational efficiency, is used as such (not diluted with water).

Way of ussage
Discharge the degraded thermal fluid from the solar heating system and make a general wash with water.
Empty the complete water system and load the whole system with CLEANEX SOLAR PLUS, making it run for about 30-60 minutes. Depending on the level and age of the deposits, the procedure can be repeated until they are completely removed.
Empty the solar heating system from the degraded solution of CLEANEX SOLAR PLUS, the recovered solution can be used at least twice more at other washes.
Do not mix the product with other acidic / alkaline solutions.
After emptying the cleaning device, wash it thoroughly with water.
It does not require neutralization.
For proper operation of the cleaned system, it is recommended to fill the CHEMSTAL solar flame system based on propylene glycol (SOLAR PROTECT S45, prepared for -28 ° C).
