CLEANEX Fe-Cu PLUS is a fast-acting acid solution, intended for cleaning limescale (stone) of heat exchangers for power stations and on clogged elements of the installation. The corrosion inhibitors which is additive CLEANEX Fe - With Plus provides optimum protection of the elements iron, steel and copper.
The product is improved by catalysts to accelerate the reaction role for shortening working time by 30% compared to classic product. Cleanex Fe-Cu Plus contains defoamers and colorimetric indicators that allow easy use of its maintenance, by recirculating circuit deposition. It also contains surfactants that enable the removal of dirt from the system clean. To clean combined heat exchanger and installation which shows the combined deposits (limestone powder, magnetite, oily residues) is recommended prior product Cleanex Instal.
Way of ussage:
It is used in solution with a concentration of 5 -25%, based on the calcareous deposits present. Generally a dose of 1.25 kg is sufficient for cleaning a thermal wall with power up to 35kW. We recommend the use of pumps plastic washer reservoir PROMAX, EVOLUTION or ZUWA. After use it is necessary to neutralize the acidic residues circuits cleaned by rinsing with a solution based on NEUTRALYZER. It is normal occurrence of foaming at the beginning of the operation, due to the chemical reaction of dissolution of calcium and magnesium salts. It is prohibited to discharge canal of the product before being neutralized!
