Description
Acidic solution intended to clean lime deposits from heat exchangers Thermal Power and other elements in the system clogged. The corrosion inhibitors which is additive CLEANEX (Inox, Al) ensures optimal protection of the elements iron, cast iron, copper, stainless steel and aluminum.
The product contains foaming and colorimetric indicators that allow easy use in its maintenance operations, by recirculating pumps dry cleaning circuit deposition. It also contains substances that remove dirt from surface-cleaning system. The product is recommended for professional use.
Way of ussage:
It is used in solutions with concentrations of 10-25%, depending on limestone deposits present. For recirculation pumps use special cleaning circuit PROMAX, EVOLUTION or ZUWA. It is normal appearance of a mild foaming at the beginning of the operation, due to the chemical reaction of dissolution of calcium and magnesium salts. After neutralizing the acidic residues use is necessary circuits cleaned by rinsing with a solution based NEUTRALYZER. It is forbidden to discharge canal of the product before being neutralized!
