Description
Professional fast-acting acid solution for cleaning heavy intended limescale (stone) of heat exchangers and thermal power plants in condensation. The corrosion inhibitors which is additive CLEANEX Aluminium Inox Plus ensures optimum protection of the elements iron, steel and copper. Not recommended for zinc.
The product is the addition of reaction accelerators to shorten working time by 30% compared to conventional products. The product contains anti-foaming and colorimetric indicators that allow easy use of its maintenance, by recirculating circuit deposition. It also contains surfactants that enable the removal of dirt from the system clean.
Way of ussage:
It is used in solution with a concentration of 5-25%, based on the calcareous deposits present. Generally a dose of 1.5 kg is enough to clean a heating power of up to 35kW. For recirculation pumps use special cleaning circuit PROMAX, EVOLUTION or ZUWA. It is normal appearance of a mild foaming at the beginning of the operation, due to the chemical reaction of dissolution of sarurilor.După use is necessary neutralization of acidic residues circuits cleaned by rinsing with a solution based NEUTRALYZER. It is prohibited to discharge canal of the product before being neutralized! The product is recommended for professional use.
