Description
Acidic solution designed for heavy cleaning of heat exchangers and boilers which shows limescale and cleaning the entire system which, besides limestone deposits shows and oxides, magnetite and sides. The corrosion inhibitors which is CLEANEX TOTAL additives ensure optimal protection of the elements iron, copper, steel and aluminum. Exceptions are components of zinc and zinc alloys. The product contains foaming and colorimetric indicators that allow easy use in its maintenance operations.
Way of ussage:
It is used in concentrations of 10% -25%, depending on the degree of binding. For recirculation pumps use special cleaning circuit PROMAX, EVOLUTION or ZUWA. It is normal appearance of a mild foaming at the beginning of the operation, due to the chemical reaction of dissolution of calcium and magnesium salts. After neutralizing the acidic residues use is necessary circuits cleaned by successive rinsing with water and a solution based NEUTRALYZER. The product is recommended for professional use.
