Purmo announces the launch on the market of a new insulating plate, with nuts, for fixing the pipes of the underfloor heating system.
Noppjet UNI 10/20/30 is an EPS 150 expanded polystyrene plate, with a black PS waterproofing foil, 0.6 mm thick, attached to the upper surface of the polystyrene layer. This foil is completely separable from thermo-insulating polystyrene.
Depending on your needs, you can choose one of the 3 thicknesses available for the polystyrene plate: 10mm, 20mm or 30 mm respectively.
The generous dimensions of the plates 1450 x 850 mm (gross surface) and 1400 x 800 mm (useful surface) respectively make this type of plate an important help for the installer, since the installation time is so reduced.
The connection between two adjacent plates is done by superimposing a strip of PS foil with nuts, left free without polystyrene, directly over the smaller nuts specially formed from the neighboring plate, so that an optimal fixation between the two plates and a continuity can be achieved. better of the waterproofing layer.
The height of the slats of 20 mm, the distance of 50 mm between them and the special "mushroom" type of slats helps to easily mount and fix the 16 or 17 mm pipes.
