Vacuum anti-reflective glass tubes and the use of very high quality materials provide the best performance. All this is ensured by the very efficient thermal insulation of resin foam in the exchanger housing.
High fuse with thermal release function
The low liquid content in the collector and the automatic thermal decoupling ensure the operational reliability is particularly high. Thus, Vitosol 300-T SP3B is recommended for systems with low heat consumption (eg in schools).
For maximum thermal transfer, the collectors are fully enclosed in the patented Duot heat exchanger of stainless steel.
The Heatpipe Principle
Under the Heatpipe principle, the solar thermal agent does not flow directly through the collectors. Instead, a transfer medium from the heat pipe provides evaporation and transfers heat through Duotec's double duct to the solar environment.
