As known as they are, as complex - about heating boilers
2017-10-05

The term thermal plant is used by many of us and it rarely happens that a person, although not from a technical field, does not recognize its functionality.

Thermal power plants are one of the most popular installations in a house by most people. Mainly they are recognized for their ability to heat a home, household water consumption and their property to substantially reduce costs. Mainly, in the cold season, the boiler offers a substantial advantage over a normally functioning system and consumes hot and warm water. Even when used for a warm season, only a domestic hot water heating system is very useful. Surely we can start preparing for the next season by considering installing a thermal plant if you have not done so before.

It happens that many times we can not buy a thermal plant, although in the long run our costs are significantly reduced. We need to consider the type of plant that we want, pay attention to the installation and maintenance it requires. Can you think that if all plants offer the same things that are the differences and long-term effects of different types of thermal power plants?

Types of thermal power plants and how they work

As I mentioned, it is very important to consider the type of thermal plant we want to have. Although the investment appears significant at first, it will generate results even in the short term, but in particular, it will be seen in the long run to reduce costs. Consequently, we have the following types of thermal power plants:

condensing boilers;
solid fuel thermal power stations;
thermal power stations.

One of the most common thermal power plants is the mural, due to the fact that it presents a very low initial cost, and afterwards its maintenance is relatively affordable. They operate on gaseous fuel and are mounted on the wall.

Condensate mural heat exchangers provide a significant long-term advantage by recovering much of the latent condensation heat of the vapors resulting from combustion. Although initially they present a significant investment, they will generate more benefits over the long term due to the process through which they operate.

Solid fuel thermal power plants - they use wood or coal to burn. From the start, they present a significant price advantage, but on the other hand, it may be difficult to install a solid fuel thermal plant in the flats or dwellings that do not have a specially designed space for it. Only in the case of conventions between the tenants of a block can one scale the entire staircase to benefit from a single fuel station. At the same time, we have a long list of disadvantages, including frequent fuel loads. Process automation can be performed, but in this case only pellets are recommended and used. At the same time, if many safety elements are not installed in the plant, the boiler does not pose a number of safety hazards.

Consideration should be given to the installation of the added elements, the preferences of the beneficiary so as to correspond to his wishes. For example, fuel boiler charging can be performed at different time intervals depending on the options of each. Another concrete example is the electricity elements. If the other types of thermal power plants stop when they stop, they stop functioning, in the case of solid fuel thermal plant a cessation of electric current can cause serious problems due to the fact that the boiler will overheat in the absence of a control element . Solid fuel thermal power plants consist of:

boiler;
circulation pumps;
expansion vessels;
Puff;
safety systems.

All elements of the fuel heating system are mounted in the separate heating system, unlike the other thermal boilers that incorporate everything into a single housing.

Electric Heat Pumps - provides the same two main things: heat and domestic hot water. Unlike all other types, it only works with electricity. This is controlled by a control panel that also provides the ability to adjust your heating regimen, hot water supply and much more. We can easily identify the advantages of an electric thermal power plant:

low cost with long-term maintenance;
this is simple and easy to install;
eliminates the risk of fire and other hazards;
it is possible to use the electricity collected and produced by the solar panels, which would result in very low or no costs;
it protects the environment - it does not remove smoke or noxes that result from combustion.

At the same time, you can find a wide range of thermal power stations on the Servi Therm website, tailored to the needs of everyone. In addition, if you already have a plant, you can trust the PIF, Periodic Checks (VTP / VTU) for the plant.
